7. What is your website domain name (URL - you set this when you signed up for Bluehost): *This question is required.

8. If you have your domain hosted outside of Bluehost (such as GoDaddy or NameCheap), then we'll need the login credentials to link that to your Bluehost account. Please provide the login credentials below.

10. Which Genesis Child Theme would you like us to use? You can select from https://my.studiopress.com/themes/ *This question is required.

11. Do you have a logo you want us to upload? *This question is required.

12. If you have a logo, please upload it here (it must be a .png file and size less than 100kb). Because different child themes have different logo dimension requirements, we may need you to provide it for us in specific dimensions. You are always free to upload and add the logo yourself later if you want too.
