UK101 Leadership Questionnaire

The following questionnaire consists of 20 questions, and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Your answers are completely anonymous.

Inspired by the visionary leaders who founded the NHS in 1948, UK101 asks young people (18-25) from across the UK "What kind of leaders do we want our generation to be?” UK101 then creates a model of leadership with 1000 young people and brings it to life with an free, online leadership programme, to help young people match the ambition of the leaders in 1948 and create their generation’s own unique legacy.

This questionnaire is your opportunity to help create a model of leadership for your generation. The questionnaire will get you thinking about (1) your own leadership experiences, (2) the leaders you aspire to be more like, and (3) the future of leadership for your generation.

Complete the questionnaire for a chance to win:
  • a guaranteed place on one of our face-to-face leadership development programmes
  • mentorship with a senior leader
  • a copy of Julia Middleton’s new book Cultural Intelligence: The Competitive Edge for Leaders Crossing Boundaries, or
