9. Volunteer Assignments
*On the day of the conference, volunteers will be placed on a needs basis.
  • Assist with registration areas
  • Assist with crowd control
  • Serve as runners in areas of the registration area and opening/closing stage
  • Event setup and event closing; set up workshops and collect evaluation forms
  • Greet students and presenters at the registration area and workshop sessions.

Volunteer Waiver: By submitting this volunteer form, I hereby authorize the Time's Up on Rape Culture Conference and MiraCosta College to take photographs, video, or otherwise record my image, sound, and likeness while I am participating in any activity sponsored by or connected with the Time's Up on Rape Culture Conference. I agree that such recordings may be utilized by Time's Up and MiraCosta College for use by third parties in advertisements, books, or instructional materials. I hereby waive any and all right to any compensation in connection with Time's Up, and MiraCosta College publication of such recordings, even if Time's Up and MiraCosta College derive a profit from the publication.

As a volunteer for the Time's Up on Rape Culture Conference, I will agree to positively representing Time's Up, MiraCosta College, and any affiliated organizations and/or schools by supporting a harmonious, safe, and productive learning environment before, during, and after my volunteer assignment(s).
