Snohomish County ADA Self-Evaluation Focus Group Recruitment

Snohomish County Public Works is completing its self-evaluation study of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance of its pedestrian facilities and is looking to the public for help identifying barriers to mobility and assisting in prioritization of what barriers should be removed first.  Becoming compliant with the ADA affects not only individuals with disabilities, but everyone in Snohomish County.

With this is mind, Public Works needs your feedback on prioritizing which barriers to fix first.  Focus groups will be conducted in mid-October and Public Works is encouraging Snohomish County residents to participate.  The focus groups are 2 hours long, and participants will receive $75 for their time.  If you are interested in participating, please answer a few questions in this survey. If you qualify for our focus groups you will receive an email invitation by October 5, 2016.

Please do NOT use the BACK buttons in your internet browser to navigate throughout the survey, and only use the BACK/NEXT buttons in the survey at the bottom of the screen.  Also if you start the survey and want to finish it later, you can choose "save and continue" located in the bar at the top of your screen.
