Reading Program Provider Invoice Submission

4. Please submit your invoice below.

You can find the bulk invoice template for submitting invoices for here. Please be sure you are using an up-to-date invoice template and that it is filled in completely and correctly prior to submitting.

You will be required to resubmit any invoices with errors.

As a reminder, you should have already submitted a signed Payment Approval Form for each student on this invoice prior to submitting an invoice. If you have not yet submitted the Payment Approval Forms, please do so here. *This question is required.
