This survey was created to identify the strengths and limitations of services for individuals with special needs in Palm Beach County. A coalition of organizations in Palm Beach County knows how difficult it can be to find services for people with special needs. We would like to help you in any way that we can.
To do this, we need to know about the services you might need, but cannot get for your child with special needs. We would also like to know what services your child is receiving and whether they are as helpful to you as they can be. With this information, we will be able to identify services that are being used, and services that are not being used. By answering the questions in this survey, you will help us improve the quality of services available and find out how much money is needed for programs/services for individuals with special needs in Palm Beach County. We cannot do this without you.
