Getting Started

First, we need to know what kind of information you are submitting to us. Here are some guidelines for each of the options listed below.
  • Community Event for the Weekly Newsletter: Anything from health fairs and blood drives to dinner theater and art openings. Must take place within Phillips County!
  • Positive Press for Phillips County: An article or story from an outside print or online news source (including magazines and blogs) that portrays Phillips County in a positive light. Since the Helena World is local, we do not consider them an "outside" news source.
  • Image: A high-resolution, digital image file that you intend for the Chamber to share via Facebook or through one of our newsletters.
  • Job Posting: This feature is for Chamber Members only.
  • Volunteer Opportunity Posting: This feature is for Chamber Members only.
  • Promotion or Event for a Member Business: This feature is for Chamber Members only; it includes sales, promotions, special business events, extended hours, etc.
  • Important Community Information: Also known as "News You Can Use" in our weekly newsletter. This is information that is vital to community members- such as opportunities to receive services, apply for grants, or attend professional development events- but that does not necessarily fit into the "event" category. For example, information on how to sign up for the Civil Servants exam or deadlines to apply for Southern Bancorp Community Partners HUD programs.
