National "Phantom Data" Survey (s)

This survey will be asking you about how Phantom Data impacts your work or your customers and vendors.

Phantom Data happens when shippers or brokers post a load on more than one freight matching board at once.

When the load is matched with a truck, the listing remains available in multiple places, but can no longer be matched – causing confusion, delays, and cancellations.

The same thing happens when an available truck is posted on multiple boards.
