Background: The United Nations Regional Commissions including ECA, ECE, ECLAC, ESCAP and ESCWA, in collaboration with OECD, Oceania Customs Organisation Secretariat (OCO) and UNCTAD, are conducting a global survey to collect relevant data and information on trade facilitation and paperless trade implementation from their respective member states. Any expert interested in sharing expertise and knowledge on different aspects of trade facilitation and paperless trade is encouraged to participate. Quick Guide on how to fill in the questionnaire:
1. You may fill in the questionnaire by yourself. Alternatively, you and other experts in trade facilitation may jointly fill in the questionnaire (bearing in mind that the questionnaire covers many different areas of trade facilitation which may require several experts to provide accurate answers).
2. Please be assured that your answers, together with feedback from other respondents, will be analysed in an aggregate manner. No individual name will be released in the study report.
3. If you cannot complete filling in the questionnaire in one single time, you can save the data and continue to fill in the questionnaire next time. For this purpose, you need to click the bar 'Save and continue survey later' at the bottom of the page, then a unique URL will be sent to you by Email to enable you to return to the survey where you left off.
