Thank you for participating in this survey to inform Cause Effective’s initiative supporting the advancement and leadership pipeline of nonprofit development professionals of color: Preparing the Next Generation: Addressing the Racial Leadership Gap in Nonprofit Fundraising.
This survey is primarily intended to be answered by people of color (across various spectrums of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual identity, ability, and socioeconomic class) in the fundraising field to inform the design of a professional development program for nonprofit development professionals.
