This form serves as both an application as well as a commitment to participate in the Northern Kentucky Education Council NaviGo Scholars Program. The submission of a completed form indicates a commitment to participate throughout the 2017-18 school year.

Selected NaviGo Scholars will meet once per month beyond the school day at a local college campus. It is expected that NaviGo Scholars attend each session, arrive prepared, and be on time.
