As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality services and providing you with the required resources, Patriot Enterprises seeks your feedback as we strive to deliver against all performance standards. Your responses to this survey will assist us in gauging whether our management and Career Readiness Counselors (CRCs) are meeting performance expectations, and whether the program is meeting the employment readiness needs of eligible recipients.
This survey should take approximately five (5) minutes to complete. We will follow-up with you on any issues that need to be addressed. Patriot Enterprises will provide survey results to the National Guard Bureau Citizen Soldier for Life leadership.
