Behavior change can be frustrating. If you are trying to quit smoking or change any other behaviors, this session is for you. Participants will complete a self-analysis to assess willingness to change and personal preparation for the behavior change. Smokers can and do quit smoking—you can also get closer to your goals. Presented by Georgia Tech Health Promotion Educator Tammy Turner.
