ACI Alliance invites potential authors to submit abstracts to be presented as oral or poster presentations. Abstracts will be reviewed and accepted submissions will be published in the meeting program.
The deadline to submit abstracts is May 10, 2015 at 11:59 PM EST.Abstract Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- All abstracts must contain original work that has NOT been published or presented identically on previous occasions.
- Indicate the preferred type of presentation (oral, poster)
- The title should be as brief as possible but long enough to indicate clearly the nature of the study.
- The title text should be no longer than 300 characters.
- Abbreviations must not be used in the title.
- The body of the abstract should follow the following structure: Introduction, Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Abstract text (without title) should be no longer than 3,000 characters.
- Please check spelling and grammar carefully. All abstracts will be published as submitted.
- Please use generic names in the body of the abstract. No commercial, hospital, or institution names may be used.
- Disclosure documentation will be collected during the submission process. You MUST complete this in order to submit your abstract.
- Upon acceptance, all presenting authors of both oral and posters must register for the meeting and are responsible for their registration fee and travel expenses.
- The Scientific Program Committee will provide further information upon acceptance, prior to the Meeting
To complete an online abstract, you will need:
- Co-Presenter Contact Information and Narrative Biography (Paragraph)
- Abstract Title
- Topic and Keywords
- Abstract (3,000 character max)
- Learning Objective(s) - at least 1 required
- Disclosure of Financial Relationships for you and Co-Authors
By submitting this abstract, you agree to have your abstract published to all conference participants.
