The past several years were transformative in the world of admissions, marketing, and enrollment management. With increased pressure to achieve ever-higher enrollment targets, seasoned professionals adapted how they communicate value to students and their families and shifted the methods they use to get their messages across.

The goal of this research is to determine the best channels for boosting visibility among prospective teenage students (“teen prospects”) and encouraging them to apply to your institution. We want to understand how teen prospects use and perceive college and university recruitment materials and the institution’s website when they are choosing and deciding what college to attend – and to compare the perspectives of college and university marketing, web, and enrollment staff with those of the teen prospects they seek to recruit.

We really appreciate you taking the time to complete this brief research study. At the end of the survey you can provide your contact information and we will let you know when the white paper revealing the results is available. Also, as a thank you, you can enter to win one paid admission to the American Marketing Association’s 2017 Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education November 12-15 in Atlanta. [Admission covers conference admission only, not travel or housing. If you’ve already registered for the conference, you can gift the admission to one of your colleagues.]

Note: Your answers will remain completely confidential. Please complete the entire survey in order to be eligible for the drawing.

Thank you again for your participation!

Note: Throughout the survey, the word “college” is used to denote any college, university or other higher education institution
