Supporting childhood health and wellbeing through outdoor play

Community Play Fund 2019-20 application form

Inspiring Scotland has worked with the Scottish Government for nine years to improve childhood health and wellbeing through play opportunities for children across Scotland. During this time, we have developed a number of approaches, resources and models that maximise the impact and delivery of free play. On behalf of Scottish Government, we are seeking applications for funding to support childhood health and wellbeing through outdoor play.

For 2019-20, Scottish Government wants to target areas of very high deprivation within local authorities who have not previously had significant levels of funding.

Please note that any charity currently receiving funding from the Children, Young People and Families Early Intervention Fund (CYPFEIF) provided by Scottish Government and managed through the Corra Foundation is not eligible to apply for the Community Play Fund 2019-20.

The closing date for applications is midnight on Sunday 9 June 2019.
